What is the guest room cancellation policy?

You can cancel your reservation for no charge upto 48 hours prior from the date of arrival if booked at cancelable rate.

All reservations booked under non-refundable rates are non-cancelable & non-refundable from the time of booking.

Do you have coffee?

We have coffee machines set-up in the room which serves great Italian Lavazza coffee. 

 

Does your rooms have fridge & microwave?

Our rooms do not have fridge and microwave,but they are avilable on request at additional cost of $10/appliance(subject to availability).

Do you have any green initiatives?

Yes! With our It pays to be green initiative, should you wish to forgo housekeeping during your stay at the Inn, receive 5 STIGR dollars per day that can be used in "madisens", Bourbon Lounge, or the gift shop!

Do you have a gym?

Yes, it's located on the conference level and is open 24/7.

What are your pool and hot tub hours?

Our riverview hot tub is open 24/7. Our seasonal heated pool is open from 7 AM until 11 PM(Mid-May to Mid-October).

Do you have cruiser bikes?

Yes! Please feel free to use our complimentary cruiser bikes and should you wish a helmet, they are available at the front desk.

Are there any trails around the Inn?

Yes. We have created a beautiful nature walk along our Reflection Pond at which you can discover our local fauna and flora. It starts at the gazebo and continues along the pastures. Across the road, you will also find a hiking trail which climbs up the mountains where you will find a picturesque view of the Inn and surrounding area. 

Is the Inn pet friendly?

Yes. We love having furry friends staying with us. Our pet fee starts at $30 + tax per night and per room. See our Pet Policy page for more information.
