Great Stopover

Stayed here last night on our journey from Jasper to Whistler. Nice setting on edge of the river with a ranch like feel to it. Warmly welcomed by a charming lady on reception who explained everything about the inn to us. Our room was ready early and was spotless and well equipped. We played a round of golf on the adjoining course, Rivershore. A lovely flat course with rather a lot of bunkers!! We ate in the bar area, attended to by several very friendly and efficient staff. The food came quickly and was tasty. Breakfast was excellent and very reasonable and again the staff were smiling and so helpful. At checkout we met the receptionist’s lovely dog, Peyton, who happily posed for a photo with us. Highly recommend for a stopover in Kamloops.

Highly recommended Home away from Home

We stayed here one night on our drive back to Vancouver from Jasper (it was recommended by the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge and located just off the freeway) We were warmly greeted and looked after by Deborah from arrival to departure like we were in her own home, she is clearly an asset to this business. Everything was perfect, the hospitality, service, delicious food, wonderful warm room with comfy bed and gorgeous morning views over the river. We would recommend anyone passing through to stay here and we can see how it would be very popular for groups, functions and conferences. It was just a shame we couldn’t stay longer!
